After a series of bad choices in the city, Martha Miller and her family move to the country, hoping a change of scenery will give them all a fresh start.

But Martha never expects her new life to begin the moment she meets Joe.

With his help, she starts seeing the world differently. Soon discovers that her quiet new home may be hiding secrets of its own. Tucked away in her room is a mysterious book filled with strange writings and geographic coordinates. Coordinates that point to something hidden only a short distance away.

A burial ground.

What begins as curiosity quickly becomes an adventure as Martha, Joe, Fawn, and Martha’s new friends search for answers buried beneath the earth and hidden by time. Every day brings another discovery, another mystery, and another reason to wonder what really happened on the land so many years ago.

Together, they will uncover ancient secrets, forge unexpected friendships, and learn that the past is never quite as far away as it seems.

Because some things buried long ago are still waiting to be found.
