Every once in a while you have to take a step in the right direction. I believe that direction is the continuing journey of writing and giving something to the readers that they are looking for. Several years ago I started down the path of creating a new series called The Eternal Forever. The series was a little different and focused on a man who had been alive for a long long time and made a decision to save a woman who would die without his help.

The first book, Adam, focuses on this man and is full of a little bit spicier content and a lot of action and romance. I built the world around Adam in Lexington KY where I had lived for a significant amount of time. As I built the world, I used real places and focused on setting a stage for a five book series that chronicled a series of immortals living among us in the world.

Of course this has been done before, it was done with vampires, Highlander, werewolves, and a host of other storylines of hidden people living in plain sight whose lives never seem to end. After I wrote Adam I found the movie that had an interesting take on a similar idea, but it still was not the same. My hero found that his blood or products containing his blood would change the sequencing of DNA for others and allow them a longer life as well. He proclaims consistently that he is not a vampire or any of the other legends from our time even though there are similarities.

I am pleased to announce that the second book, Morgan, is now going through the editing process after nearly three years. I once stated how fast I could write a book and somewhere in the midst of it all real life has gotten in the way. In the past two months I have vowed to eliminate my complacency and focus on finishing a significant number of books that I have started. Morgan is the first but there will be more to come soon.

As the editor begins going through the process I hope we have a swift turn around and I will announce a publishing date. Morgan focuses on the capture of Adam who kept him chained for hundreds of years thinking that physical contact prolonged her life. That body fluid transfer allowed her access to his impressive DNA and in modern times she is a controlled or uncontrolled tyrant. The book is filled with a lot, passion, violence, fury, and a host of other words that are unpredictable that will lead us towards book 5 which will close the story.

Thanks for everybody who follows and I look forward to sharing this book with you soon.
